Amazing baths and spa facilities. The thermal waters and jacuzzi were very relaxing. The indoor swimming pool was not crowded. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the town center and easy to explore the area. The car parking available was convenient.

The air conditioning in our room on the top floor did not cool the room enough, even in May. The window in our room was small, making it a bit dark.

This luxury hotel is located in a historic town just a two-hour drive from Madrid. The breakfast is diverse with good local options. The service is perfect, the staff is very helpful and nice. The rooms are modern and comfortable with king-size beds and nice bathrooms. The thermal pool is excellent with waters jets at different intensities and mineralized water. The hotel is ideally located, close to the town center and with easy access to the magical spa facilities.

The hotel corridors can be a little dim in places, which can be disconcerting if you're a disadvantaged walker.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! Everything was superb, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great breakfast buffet and amazing spa treatments. Additionally, the location close to the town centre and transportation made it easy to explore this city.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was quite an experience. The thermal pool and spa treatments were great, particularly the stone massages. The location was ideal, as it has a lot of history with a church and castle ruins nearby. there were delicious local dishes offered, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities.

There were some downsides. The language barrier was frustrating, as very few staff members spoke enough English to communicate effectively.
